How satisfied were you with the service that you received? We were very satisfied with our service through Lorie. Did you feel that communication was timely? We emailed with Lorie constantly and lots of phone conversations; all of our questions were answered promptly, if not immediately, usually within a few hours. We also did about 95% of everything via email since we were located in Colorado at the time of our purchase. Were all of your concerns addressed? We were very busy asking questions of Lorie, asking first-time buyer questions; any question we had was answered. She was also able to give us information regarding local schools and factoring that into our buying decision. Was your transaction handled professionally? Yes Would you recommend Lorie to others? Why or why not? We would definitely (and already have) recommended Lorie to others. She was great at answering our questions, giving us advice or suggestions on what other buyers do/ ask for /etc in their buying process. She also arranged for us to do a courtesy closing with a local company in Colorado so we could go through all of our purchase paperwork locally.
